How your quote is built

HOW PRICING WORKS

We scope each project to its wall and use.
These inputs shape the quote:

  • Size and orientation

  • Detail level and illustration style

  • Surface condition and prep needs

  • Access and equipment

  • Indoor or outdoor location

  • Weather or environmental factors

  • Timeline and scheduling windows

  • Protective finishes or specialty coats

Fastest quote: send a straight‑on photo of the wall with a tape measure visible.

Every wall is unique. We price by size and detail, then build a schedule that respects your site and our time. Schools and civic partners can request our Community Impact Rate.

What is included?

  • Outdoor work happens in safe weather only. Rain, active precipitation, high winds, or temperatures outside safe ranges pause work. Wet or newly washed walls must dry before paint or clear coats. We move the booking to the next safe window at the earliest availability. Sealers need a dry cure window; we will not apply or rush finishes in unsafe conditions.

  • After concept approval, any scope changes require written approval before we continue. Examples: size changes, new subjects/elements, major palette shifts after painting begins, changing wall/location, or added protective coats. We confirm the impact on schedule and cost in writing and proceed once approved. Minor on‑site tweaks within the original concept are at our discretion.

  • Design work begins after booking. Once design work has started, the booking deposit becomes non‑refundable. Cancellations inside 14 calendar days of the scheduled start forfeit the booking. One reschedule is allowed at no charge when requested ≥14 days before start, subject to availability. Client‑caused delays (site not ready, access issues) may extend the schedule; we will confirm any added time or materials before proceeding.

  • Client secures any needed permissions: landlord/HOA approvals, permits, street/sidewalk access, and indoor access during work hours. We provide a Certificate of Insurance and can list additional insureds on request. Client provides safe access (ladder/lift if needed), nearby power, and a clear work area. If a lift or scaffold is required, client may arrange it or authorize us to arrange at pass‑through cost.

  • We document measurements, progress, and finals for quality control. Finished work may appear in our portfolio, proposals, and social channels with credit to the site or partner. For schools or locations with minors or sensitive areas, we limit capture, blur faces, or obtain consent per site rules. Clients may request an embargo until their public launch; we will honor agreed dates.
